Lego Land Florida

Legoland Florida is an adventure playground that inspires and intrigues young minds like no other. The one hundred and fifty acre site is home to a lively theme park located in Winter Haven, and incorporates more than fifty fun and enjoyable rides as well as plenty of mesmerising and spell binding shows throughout the day. The park is ideal for children aged between 2 and 12 and, is more importantly, a haven for people who love the magic of Lego.
The park is split into different sections, meaning you can take the full day to explore each and every aspect of the site and get into the spirit of things. The entire place is about fun and imagination and each corner of the park will provide something different and unique to anything ever seen before. Adults also love what’s on offer at Legoland Florida, because regardless of age, fun and games never stop being enjoyable. At the park you will find different areas that offer various attractions that appeal to kids of all ages. These include; ‘Fun town’, where a typical Lego village can be enjoyed, ‘Land of Treasure’, where older children can go on a journey of discovery and explore tombs and hunt for treasure, ‘DUPLO Village’, where toddlers can drive toy cars and aeroplanes, and ‘Pirate’s Cove’, where all the family can enjoy a water ski and stunt show.

These attractions are just the tip of the iceberg as the park offers so much more in terms of diversity and excitement. There are also plenty of places to eat and drink dotted around, and there are a multitude of shows and events that can be mainly seen during the height of the summer holidays.
Only three quarters of an hour from the other large Orlando theme parks, Legoland Florida is a real lure for visitors and its close proximity to other world famous attractions means it can get busy. With this in mind, you may be better off booking tickets in advance if you want to ensure you get a day out never to be forgotten. Sometimes, Legoland Florida can be a little overshadowed by the other, larger, theme parks but in many instances, is much more of a laid-back family attraction as opposed to being hectic and adrenalin fuelled -so in actual fact, may be preferred by some families with younger children. Toddlers can enjoy the park just as much as older children and in many cases, it is much more educational. The theme park offers everything that you’d ever need for a fabulous family day out including; rides that all family members can enjoy, interactive attractions that promote learning, plenty of eateries, shopping facilities and beautiful landscaped gardens that have been designed for relaxation. The gardens are designed with families in mind and provide a great and pretty environment where young children can run around and be safe.
